About the Challenge

This 9 week challenge is designed for those who want structure in their routine, and thrive off going into the gym with a plan. With a total of 3 cycles, each cycle encourages you to increase your strength or reps for the exercises. This format encourages you to push yourself each week, and leave the gym feeling accomplished. I am passionate about women feeling confident in the gym, and I think having a plan to go kick ass is the way to do that!

The challenge will run June 19 to August 11. Plans will be sent out June 16 to review before beginning.
