Jump Start Your Routine Today

This 9 week challenge is designed for gym goers who are looking to change up their routine, begin lifting, or go into the gym with a plan. Thanks to the adjustable features of the plan, each person can indiviualize their plan to learn to set new goals each week, and how to adjust their plans in tune with how their body responds. 

The weekly breakdown includes 6 days of workouts, ab circuits,  and pylometric circuits.

Biweekly or weekly check ins are utilized with Tesa each week, to answer any questions about the workouts, lifestyle changes, or anything else!

Tesa is a certified personal trainer, and passionate about sharing her style of workouts with others to encourgae them to feel more confident going into the gym with a plan.

Upon purchase, you will receive the 9 week plan in PDF and Word format, to encourage any type of progress tracking you prefer.
